Lately I've been really inspired and feeling very creative! And as a result, there are a few new items in my Etsy shop. 

Each tee has a romantic vintage inspired feel. Each one having it's own cluster of flowers which I have hand sewn. They are then hand sewn onto the tee making a beautiful floral bouquet on each shirt. Every one is unique and hand created with love by me!

What's new!

Just listed my latest design on my Etsy shop! This design has a vintage and romantic feel, inspired by the beautiful pieces I saw in the latest Vogue. It's also my first time using lace!

Happy New Year!

Hope everyone has started their New Year off on a high note! We had a quiet weekend at home. BUT, this gave me plenty of opportunity to work on new designs. So far, it's only on paper but I will say that I will be continuing my romantic/vintage vibe and there WILL be lace involved! :)

The issue January issue of Vogue had a lot of inspiration. Especially the photo shoot with Natalie Portman..so elegant and romantic!

So, it's been awhile since I've posted...

Well, that's an understatement.  One of my New Year's resolutions is to start blogging more..so here goes! If this quote doesn't inspire you to make a difference in your life in the next year, I'm not sure what will.

Hello!

Hello! Hard Love Apparel comes from my love of art and edgy fashion. I love fashion and all things creative!

Hard Love Apparel started when I decided to continue being a stay at home mom, to my now 1 year old boy, but still wanted to have my foot in Fashion. I wanted a way to create and do what I loved while being able to enjoy time with my son.

When I first found the Etsy website, I had no idea there was even a website devoted solely to buying and selling hand-made items. I was THRILLED! I had found a venue to showcase my designs! I started to design and create tees to list in my shop on Etsy. Soon, I started talking about my tees to family and friends and got a really great response and tons of support. My newest addition is handmade scarves. Every item I list is hand-dyed, painted, sewn or altered by me! My husband takes my photos and I’m the “model”. It really is a family business!

I use the highest quality products. Every item is made with care.
